The Problem With Average

If you think your organization needs a bigger marketing budget, maybe you just need to be less average instead.

Seth raises a great point in his recent blog. We need to stop settling for average. That's just what it is — settling. It's time to overcome average and do something incredible.  

I'm also currently in the middle of reading Linchpin by Seth Godin. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to "be less average."
