Customer Segments are Shrinking

The size of customer segments is shrinking to one.  

As I've said before, the future of marketing and advertising will be personalized, relevant experiences. 

Digital marketing and "big data" (as terrible of a term that is) are powering these experiences. Look out for "traditional media" to also start to evolve into this model with the adoption of connected devices and the Internet of Things (another term I absolutely hate).
